3. Recruitment & Candidate Placement

  • We act solely as a manpower service provider and are not responsible for the final hiring decision.

  • Candidate suitability is based on the information provided by the candidate; we do not guarantee performance, conduct, or long-term retention beyond any agreed replacement period.

  • If the client hires a candidate referred by us within 12 months of recommendation, applicable service charges will apply.
